Science Fact or Fiction - Charmain Ingleton

The question is, “Was the Great Pyramid of Giza a power station?” The reason I ask this question is that I watched a documentary that suggested that this pyramid was not a tomb. The Great Pyramid of Giza was different from the other pyramids, for it had no wall art, did not hold any mummies or artefacts. It was also built with unique materials, limestone, dolomite and granite that was used to construct the pyramid, however these too can be used to conduct electricity. The question is, “Was Spirit captured by martians?” I read an article about the space rovers that were sent to Mars in 2004 and landed at different locations. Both landed unscathed. Opportunity still continues to send information back to Earth. However Spirit remains stuck in sand. It's last transmission sent in 2010. So, what if this little adventurer was caught in a very simple trap by the Mar’s inhabitants? The capture of this unique little robot could be huge, another species could learn what information was collected and transmitted to Earth and vice versa. What’s worrying is that if Spirit had been captured, Martians could learn where it came from and either come to Earth, or send its own robot! Now that’s a scary thought! But hey, I’m no expert. The question is, “How far up does the Bermuda Triangle go?” We’ve heard about the Bermuda Triangle and how ships have gone missing presumed sunk and aircraft disappearing from the sky within this mysterious void. Experts claim it’s due to an extreme weather change, methane gas bubbles sink ships, and huge freak waves that not only sink ships but are so large that they can bring down an aircraft. So how far up does this mysterious invisible triangular barrier go? Does it go way past the clouds and into the Stratosphere? I don’t know but it would be interesting to find out, maybe scientists could send a drone into this invisible void then maybe we will find out what really happens. The question is, “Has liquid water really been found on Mars?” I heard on the BBC New on 25 th  July 2018 that Italian scientists had discovered a twelve-mile pond of liquid water. It was found beneath the southern polar ice cap, which is great news if I ever wanted to go to Mars. However, with this exciting news Scientists now expect to find microbial life, but I’m pretty sure that Mars is inhabited by a much larger life form. Just because none had been discovered on the planet’s surface by the rovers Opportunity or Spirit, the experts automatically believe life doesn’t exist. However, I believe a colony of Martians do exist, underground way below the surface, just like how humans lived and survived the temperatures of our planet centuries ago, but we’ll never know of their existence unless human explorers are sent on a mission to Mars.
