Is Saturn Communicating With Us?
The question, “Is Saturn communicating with us?”
When the Cassini spacecraft reached planet Saturn in April 2002 it detected radio emissions…
On YouTube there is an audio of Saturn’s radio emissions. I was surprised by the sounds that Saturn was making as I’d heard something like it before.
Then I remembered. I’d heard similar sounds in the 1956 film called the ‘Forbidden Planet,’ (also known as Fatal Planet) starring Walter Pidgeon, Anne Francis, Leslie Nielsen and the Robot (Robby the Robot).
The music and sound effects from the film sounded similar. The ‘Forbidden Planet’ music was created by husband and wife composers Louis and Bebe Barron. They were pioneers in the field of electronic music at that time.
They apparently, created the music by using a circuit called a ring modulator. They overloaded the circuits until they burnt out. This created a unique and unpredictable sound of which they could never recreate.
So, with this knowledge. Isn’t it possible that Saturn is communicating with us by emitting this soundtrack or trying to recreate a similar sound?
Why not listen to the sounds of Saturn on YouTube and make up your own minds.
So, is Saturn communicating with us?
What do you think?
